5) Inquiries.
When you use Spainholidayhomes.net to send an inquiry to an advertiser, you agree to allow Spainholidayhomes.net or its affiliated websites to add your email address to our database of customers. You will receive at least one promotional email from either Spainholidayhomes.net or its affiliated websites. You are welcome to opt not to receive emails from Spainholidayhomes.net or its affiliated websites at any time by removing yourself from the database.

The advertiser indemnifies Spainholidayhomes.net against any action brought for breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser.
Spainholidayhomes.net cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.
10)Hypertext links
Spainholidayhomes.net reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to, or addresses of, other Web sites from advertisers pages, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at our sole discretion.
11)Termination of advertising
If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the Spainholidayhomes.net Web site before the end of their subscription period, this will be done at our discretion and a refund may be supplied according to the length of time on the Spainholidayhomes.net Web site and administration costs incurred. Normally no refund will be applicable after 6 months.
